In November 2025, the County broke ground for The Grant at Mission Trails—a new 48-unit affordable housing development in the Grantville neighborhood on Mission Gorge Road that dedicated to current and former military members and families, with social services provided by Townspeople and the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
